How it works

After your initial 15 minute call, it is time to book your consultation. The consultation will take 60-90 minutes. A complete intake will be done that covers your child’s past and current sleep patterns. After the intake, a personalized sleep plan will be emailed to you and we will begin.

You will want to start your plan at least 2 weeks before any travel or changes in schedule.  Do not make any changes to your current routine until you receive your final sleep plan.

As we begin out work together, we will check in daily for the first several days. This is where you can ask any questions, we will discuss any concerns, and make changes as needed. At the end our two weeks together, we will have a wrap up meeting

Reset Package

Previous clients that have had a set back can schedule a reset visit. We will meet over zoom to assess the situation and decide the best way to move forward.
